Return Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return your bird bath.

Damaged or not working

If your bath arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, email us a photo through our contact page. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping.

Other returns

For any other return, the bath must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Contact us first and we'll send you the return address.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of your return arriving.
