Where do you ship?

All 50 US states, free. We don't ship to Canada or other countries yet.

When will my order ship?

Within 2 business days, with a tracking number by email.

Will the heater make the water hot?

No. It keeps the water just above freezing so it does not ice over.

Does it run all the time?

No. The built-in thermostat switches the heater on only when the water gets cold enough to freeze.

What do I plug it into?

A grounded outdoor outlet, ideally GFCI-protected. The cord is about 3.6 ft, so most yards need an outdoor-rated extension cord.

Can I use it in summer?

Yes. Unplug it and it works as a regular bird bath.

What if it arrives damaged?

Email us a photo within 30 days through our contact page and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
